We tried a Mexican bread called pan de muerto.  It is a sweet bread that is eaten during the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead.

Learning About Mexico

On Friday, Mrs. Diaz came in to teach us about Mexico.  She used to live in Mexico.  We learned a lot about the geography, the people, food, and sports.  We really enjoyed listening to Mrs. Diaz.  Thank you Mrs. Diaz!!

Learning Spanish

We have been learning about the country of Mexico.  Marcelo's family is originally from Mexico.  In Mexico, people speak Spanish.  Marcelo has been teaching us some Spanish words.
